Guys I need help fast! My host from Quebec is down 5 days, website is very dead. I dont have backup (I know, I know ). The domain is example.com and I dont know where is pointing now. We make a test with ping and no response. What I do now?

Please check your email for notice. Maybe spam folder? Made VPS last month with RackNerd, they send mail before maintenance. Very sorry for your trouble.
