(I keep a drawer of fakes for educational purposes) the tell on these is always the controller. Samsung uses in-house, fakers use whatever's cheapest that week. The relabeled Intel from 2014 is actually a collector's item now (not really). At least Intel NAND was decent. Check the PCB color. Real 870 EVO is blue.
Got mine from vultr.com for $38, 2 years no problem. The fake ones on ebay going for $55 now, lol. Definitely check seller history, a lot of 1-review accounts. Receive fake = paypal dispute, dont wait.
