Need VPS in South America for family video calls. Latency under 150ms from Buenos Aires. Any legit providers with actual POP there, or just reselling US east coast?

DDoS protection not critical. 1Gbps+ preferred.

Does location really matter that much? My nephew set me up with something in Miami and it seems fine 😬

Should I be looking at brazil specifically?
