In reality, the insurance wants a witness or they do not trust you, which is how do you say, insulting but standard. Have you considered that "rural montana" is actually code for "I do not want to pay someone" ?? No, obviously you are sincere. /s
I would accept a webcam if I were them, but I am not, because I am not your insurance. Clearly this helps.
