Third remote hands engagement this quarter. Third time receiving a photo of what I am reasonably certain is not my rack (unless my 2U storage server grew a front panel with twelve drive bays and a vendor sticker I do not recognize). The last image was 240x320 resolution. I could identify a cable, singular, with the approximate clarity of a ufo sighting.
I am looking for providers who label cables with something other than "hope and prayer." Willing to pay actual money. Not willing to pay $250/hour for a blurry photo of someone else's equipment. Recommendations welcome. Semicolons used correctly preferred but not required.
