Right then, IPv6. Not just "we have it" on marketing page but actually routes properly, no? I'm proper fed up with providers that hand me a /128 and call it a day. Need working PD for home router, reverse DNS that doesn't require ticket to Mars, and prefix that stays same after reboot.
Currently on RackNerd, their IPv6 is "advertised" but RA is broken half the time. Tried HostHatch, they give /56 but no route to it. Comedy.
Who's actually done the work here? Not looking for cheapest, looking for functional. Cheers lads

RackNerd filters ICMPv6 at edge. Breaks PMTUD. Known issue since March.
OVHcloud passes clean. 2400:cb00::/32 anycast, no scrubbing interference. /48 on request, /56 standard. RDNS via API.
Attack last week: 340 Gbps. IPv6 side unaffected. Filtering layer 3 only, no payload inspection on v6.

Maybe OVHcloud is the one you know. I tried them last year maybe and the PD was stable maybe. You know they actually reply to NTP requests too you know. Not like RackNerd where everything is filtered you know.

Yes, 340 Gbps. Mitigated at edge, v6 path stayed up. V4 needed scrubbing. V6 filtering is ACL-based on source/destination only, no deep packet. That's why PMTUD works.

Out of box would be lovely. RackNerd took three days to tell me RA "is not supported on all nodes."
