I am verified student in Spain and got rejected by two providers this month! One said my .edu was "from wrong country" and other asked for extra documents after I already sent enrollment proof. Very frustrating!
Made test order with third host and they accepted my ISIC card without problem. But I worry about the ones that just want .edu emails to resell or verify other people. How do you know if student discount is real? Any hosts that accept international students? Cheers

Now it is automated garbage and resold credentials. Kids these days think a .edu address is a status symbol. Mark my words, the dark web market for verified student accounts will outlive half these hosts. The one Vultr mentioned asking for "extra documents" was likely farming your passport scan too.
