BGP v4/v6, need 2GB RAM wiki box. EU only. Transit budget <$15/yr. No setup fee scams. Fw off, cfg minimal. Who got tier-1 routes for tier-1 price?

Contabo has a 2GB plan in Nuremberg for about €5 a month, so roughly €60/year. I have not used them personally. Their network seems decent from Tokyo.

Contabo status page shows 99.7% last quarter. Alert fatigue from their page https://my.contabo.com going yellow twice in March. Hidden setup fee buried in checkout: 8 EUR. Your 15/year becomes 23 first year.

Actually not my circus, not my monkeys, but Vultr Poland has 2GB for 12/year. No hidden fees I don't think. XD their network is not not stable though.

Watt per core, people. Forget x86.

  • Time4VPS ARM Vilnius, 2GB, ~24/year
  • Apple Silicon proved it. Intel burns money and watts
  • Compatibility? docker runs fine. Your wiki doesnt need legacy x86 bloat
