Last facility, le "engineer" was 45 minutes away incha'allah traffic. When my RAID controller died at 3am, I got a ticket monkey reading from script. "Have you tried rebooting?" My server was on fire, حلو. Literally, le smoke detector was screaming.
I need someone with actual hands, actual tools, actual brain. Not a call center in another timezone promising "escalation procedures." I have heard OVHcloud has staff sleeping in facility? This sounds perfect. I do not care if they smell like coffee and desperation. I care if they can swap a DIMM at 04:00 without asking me to open a ticket first.
Budget is flexible for competence. Location: anywhere with decent connectivity to EU and decent latency. French punctuation spacing is optional but appreciated.
