Looking for colo that accepts delivered servers without $100 'receiving fee'

My current colo at Hetzner wants €100 per server just to sign for the box and rack it. I'm shipping in three used Ampere Altra boxes from an auction and that's $300 before power/crossconnect. Route via their "premium delivery" adds 12ms of paperwork, apparently.

Budget breakdown:
- Server 1: $400 used
- Server 2: $380 used
- Server 3: $420 used
- Receiving fees: $300
- Receiving fee as % of hardware: 25.6%

Anyone found a shop in the southeast US that'll take a pallet without this racket? Willing to drive last mile myself if needed. Route via I-85 vs I-75 adds maybe 8ms to my primary users, acceptable tradeoff.

1ms or I don't want it

"no fee" colo allegedly exists. Source: trust me bro

Found a place in rural Georgia, "unlimited" receiving they said. Turned out "unlimited" meant unlimited stairs. No dock, no elevator, you carry it yourself. Their "white glove" service was just a guy named Glove who watched.

fio, iperf, geekbench. results or gtfo.
