I just ran iperf3 through mine. 450 Mbps cgnat to cgnat, RackNerd LA to my apartment in Los Angeles. Not 1.2 but for $2.50 I am not complaining. The /48 delegation is what I actually needed.

Contabo Tokyo is ¥600/month, no promo hunting. Latency to Kyoto 8ms. RackNerd has no Japan presence, closest is LA. For me the 130ms matters more than the €1 savings.

Finally someone who understands. You people renting California VMs to tunnel into Japanese CGNAT. Physics. The packet travels. My Montreal basement to Quebec City, 3ms. Bare metal. Own the hardware, own the path.
