Actually need this for a small static site. Requirements:
Found three candidates: Vultr, HostHatch, CloudCone. Will test all and document results for future searchers. Request for Comments 7234 applies to cache behavior, actually.

U wont find real cdn in cheap shared lol Vultr just gives u a cloudflare partner setup, I checked ftheir headers HostHatch is actually integrated but throttled to 100kbps CloudCone idk maybe
I tested all three last month
Vultr is just a cf partner button not a real CDN
HostHatch integrated but throttled after 10 gig
CloudCone actually decent but only two pops
I am disappointed in the industry

CloudCone only one DC? That barely counts as a CDN honestly

One DC, not even one POP. A CDN needs distributed nodes. This is just a server with a marketing label.

Correction on my opening post: CloudCone has one datacenter in Los Angeles, not multiple POPs. I misread their marketing. So they fail the 5 POP requirement outright.
HostHatch at least has the geographic spread. The throttling is the real issue.

For my association in Lyon we use Scaleway. They have a CDN included with their Object Storage but it is not VPS. The VPS is separate. I think the original poster wants everything in one bill, yes?
The throttling is after 10 GB per month on the cheapest plan. Their next tier up is $12 and claims unmetered but I have not tested. Maybe someone else has?
