Asian location, 512MB, under $10/year, not NAT
Requirements are simple. 20 years in this business tells me this is narrowing. Back when IPv4 was free we did not have these conversations.
Must be real IPv4, not NAT. Must be in Asia proper, not "Asia-optimized" US west coast. Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan acceptable. South Korea if pricing allows.
Mark my words, someone will suggest Oracle free tier. Kids these days.

I buy already from HostHatch,they have Singapore location,512MB,1 vCPU,10GB SSD,real IP,price is $3 per month... I use already for 6 month,no problem... server-server running good... but stock limited sometimes,yesterday I check already sold out... maybe try check again...

I feel you on the budget hunt. Have you tried expanding to Malaysia or Indonesia locations? Sometimes "Asia" in search filters is too narrow.
Just edge your workload to Singapore PoP and cache hit ratio solves everything
Origin server location is irrelevant if you edge properly

CloudCone have Los Angeles location,512MB,real IP,$9.50/year. I use for DNS. Is stable. Not NAT. Such good deal for this region.
Leaseweb have Hong Kong but is €14,too much. No fit.
