Looking for ARM with 4GB that can run Android emulator for my clients. Need nested virtualization or bare metal ARM. Any continent works, latency not critical for this use case. Looked at the usual x86 stuff but ARM is way cheaper for the workload. Anyone got leads?
Recieved some quotes from a guy on Telegram but thier pricing seemed off. Need something I can actually put a panel on and resell.

Think you can just spin up anything in a vm. Back in my day we had to beg for a serial console. Three days minimum.
Nested virtualization on arm. Hmm. I knew a fellow in 2019 who tried this. qemu inside kvm. It worked. On one specific kernel. 4.19 I think. Maybe 5.4. The patches were on https://www.kernel.org. Exotic...
Another ticket: "customer running Android emulator on VPS, causing 400% steal time on neighbor nodes." Closed as "educational use, not abuse."
Had another one last month. "User claims nested virt is ToS compliant because control panel says 'full virtualization.'" Panel was lying. User was not happy. We were not happy. The node was very not happy.

Had the same steal time nightmare, Android emulator on shared ARM.
Bare metal isn't VPS. RAJ asked for VPS with panel for reselling. Whole different price class.
Contabo VPS ARM starts at like EUR 5.99 for 4GB last I checked. No nested virt on that. Their VDS might do it but you're talking EUR 30+.
Still, EUR not USD. Watch your forex if you're billing clients in rupees or dong.

The Telegram quotes I got were USD 3/month for 4GB ARM with "full virtualization guaranteed." Smelled wrong. No company name, just a bot.
