Living with 100% packet loss for a week

Hey folks, this is a weird one. My HostHatch VPS in their CloudCone location stopped responding to ping/ssh last Tuesday. Their status page green across the board. Ticket said "we see 0% loss from here." But my monitoring (UptimeRobot, Hetrix) all screamed down.

Turns out: upstream routing broke asymmetrically. My packets out worked. Their responses back got blackholed in some peer dispute. For a WEEK I had outbound connectivity but 100% inbound loss. HostHatch kept insisting "server is up."

Has anyone else hit this specific failure mode? My monitoring didn't catch the asymmetry. 👍

This is why enterprise-grade deployments utilize redundant feeds with N+1 path diversity. Our facility maintains multiple upstreams with automatic failover. For pricing on redundant connectivity, please contact sales.

I have server good with same problem in the InterServer. Is very strange because the monitoring is green but is not reachable. How much cost you lost? ¿why not¡ they see the problem from their side? The Contabo also has this issue one time.
