• Advertised estimate versus actual wait:
  
  • "2 minutes": actual mean 24.7 minutes (n=12, SD 8.3)
  • "5 minutes": actual mean 31.2 minutes (n=15, SD 11.4)
  • "10 minutes": actual mean 18.9 minutes (n=10, SD 6.1)
• Queue position counter decrements non-monotonically; observed resets from position 3 to position 7 on 2025-11-03 14:22 UTC.
• Agent version reported: Contabo Chat v4.2.1.

Recommendation: Treat queue estimates as uniformly distributed random variables. Plan asynchronous contact methods for time-sensitive issues.

Basically I am just a student trying to learn and please help I have been using OVHcloud for my portfolio site basically it is just a wordpress for class and basically their chat said 3 minutes but I waited 47 minutes sorry this is probably not helpful but I wanted to share because basically I thought it was just me being unlucky please help is this normal sir/ma'am sorry
