I just ran into a similar pattern on a KnownHost route to FRA last week and the carrier never owned up to it. Also 445 days is a hell of a necro, sorry.

I just ran into a similar pattern on my InterServer link to Secaucus and from memory their SLA has something vague about upstream events. Curious if this ever got resolved or if people just waited it out.

I'm seeing the exact same pattern to Contabo FRA1, loss starting at hop 4 again. Wondering if it's the same recurring issue or just the same route.
