Is anyone actually using liquid cooling below 50kW?

Been running traceroutes between our two edge pops and the thermal throttling on our 1U boxes is adding more jitter than the routes. Route via HostHatch adds 12ms, route via CloudCone adds 8ms, but the real killer is when CPUs hit 95C and clock down.

Looking at small-scale immersion for a 12U home lab. Everything I see is either 500kW datacenter scale or sketchy YouTube aquarium builds. Anyone got actual runtime numbers? Looking for delta-T across the loop, pump failure rates, anything.

Current baseline:

idle: 42C
load: 89C
ambient: 22C

Not interested in "it looks cool" reviews. Need MTBF data.

1ms or I don't want it

My nephew set this up for our office, we have one of those internet boxes from Hetzner and he put it in some kind of fish tank with clear oil. I dont know if its 12U, its the size of a mini fridge. The internet got faster he said because the computer brain doesnt get hot. I asked DELL about it and they said it voids everything. My nephew says its fine. Its been 6 months maybe?
