That is giving up. The whole point of self-hosted mail is control. If I wanted to pay Amazon to read my headers I would just use Gmail.

PacketpunkUma is not wrong but is also not right. I have v6-only working for a personal domain on Netcup. Trick is I do not self-host SMTP delivery. I use ProtonMail Bridge on a dual-stack box, then fetch over v6. Mail server? No. Mail readable on v6-only host? Yes.
That is not a mail server. That is a mail client with extra steps. OP asked about running a mail server.
