Guys, need some advice. I got a clean IP from Hostinger on their shared /24, been running mail for my clients for 6 months, zero spam complaints. Then last week my IP lands on 3 blacklists because some other tenant on the same /24 got compromised and is blasting phishing emails.
I opened a ticket with Hostinger, asked for renumbering to a clean prefix. They said "all our IPs are enterprise-grade" and refused. No migration offered, no clean IP, nothing.
So basically my options are: eat the reputation hit and wait for the other guy to get cleaned up, or move to dedicated prefix somewhere else. But dedicated /24 is like 4x my current cost. Any leads on providers who actually monitor their prefix reputation? Or is this just the cost of doing business on budget hosting?
Margins are already thin on this panel.
