Interpreting this vague 'resource abuse' suspension

Help request interpreting this vague resource abuse suspension

So I got this email from InterServer right,,,,, Says my vps is suspended for resource abuse,,,,, No numbers no graphs just that phrase,,,,, I am running the usual scrap stack python requests beautifulsoup nothing fancy,,,,, The scrap gods demand throughput but I am not even hitting the cpu hard I dont think,,,,, Has anyone seen this from InterServer before,,,,, What do they even mean by abuse,,,,, Is there a secret limit they dont publish,,,,, Here is the whole notice sanitized

This is the classic Hostinger problem of Unclear metric notification and it makes me very angry because the ConsumerProtectionLaw requires transparentDisputeResolution and the General data protection regulation Article15 grants access to automatedDecisionMakingData which this Suspension almost certainly is because no human writes such empty notices at three in the morning when the scrapers run hottest
