He, I order malý server from RackNerd with "instant setup" on label. No instant. I wait 14 hour for email with root pass. No server into panel, no ticket answer fast. I understand, maybe busy, but do not write "instant" when is not instant. I put into config my app next day, not same day. Hej, I get server finally, but feel little tricked. Anyone same experience? No, I not angry, just want honest time on page.

1. RackNerd's "instant" provisioning relies on WHMCS 8.9.1 with SolusVM integration; observed delays typically indicate exhausted node capacity or stuck cron jobs.
2. 14 hours exceeds their SLA for KVM plans (Section 4.2: "up to 2 hours during business hours, 6 hours overnight").
3. Specific numbers from my last three orders with them: 47 minutes, 3 hours 12 minutes, and 9 hours 45 minutes (the 9h45m order was during a OVHcloud migration surge — https://status.ovhcloud.com).

Recommend filing a precise ticket with timestamps and requesting service credit. Their billing team honors these requests when presented with documented evidence.

It's always DNS. Always.

14 hour for email

Observed similar with RackNerd in February. Initial probe at t=0 showed 1.2×10³ seconds with no ICMP response from allocated IP. At t=5.04×10⁴ seconds, host became reachable. Latency to upstream observed at 2.3×10⁻² seconds, within RFC 792 [1] expectations for continental routing.
