'instant setup' that took 72 hours

Needed to migrate a service off failing hardware. Provider advertised "instant setup, 15 minutes max." Paid with BTC for same-hour deployment.

72 hours later: online. Reason given: "manual fraud check on cryptocurrency payment."

Transparency note: my error budget for this migration was 4 hours. I burned 1800% of it. No blameless postmortem possible when the vendor won't acknowledge the delay pattern.

Compensation offered: $5 service credit. My invoice: $89/month.

Requesting escalation. Will update with transparency on resolution.

Network okay. Instant not instant. Perkele. Five credit insult. Payment method blame. Fraud check manual. Automated should be. 72 hours. Migration dead.

Please, server is very angry. 72 hours for "instant" is not instant. Crypto payment is trigger for manual review?? Help. Logic broken. No articles needed to see problem. Compensation $5 is joke?
