How many domains do you actively use vs park?

I got like 12 domains but only 3 real sites running. Rest just sitting there collecting lag like my old minecraft box before I upgraded the RAM. Curious about the ratio here. Do you guys actually build on everything you register or is it mostly spawn points with no players? Gg either way just wondering the community average.

So I ran the numbers because I am curious about this kind of thing (I used to track everything in spreadsheets but then I switched to a custom database and then I lost the database in a server migration and now I just estimate) and I think I have about eighty domains registered right now (maybe ninety if you count some expired ones I forgot to cancel auto-renew on) and of those I would say maybe six have actual websites on them (and by actual websites I mean more than a placeholder page or a redirect) and two have email running (and one of those is just forwarding to my main account) and the rest are parked or have some vague future project attached to them (like that IoT dashboard I keep meaning to build or the recipe aggregator for my neighbor who never actually asked for it) and honestly the ratio is embarrassing (and I know it is embarrassing) but here we are and I keep telling mysel

I got scared of the DNS settings. Is that bad?? Sorry if this is dumb.

400 domains. Zero websites. All parked on 'the cloud' registrar because I got lazy. I have a real server with 32 cores bare metal at home that could host all of them but I have not touched it in months. The cloud made me soft. Toy hosting habits die hard. Workstation class machine sitting there doing nothing while I pay some SaaS to park my hoard. Not proud. Not fixing it either.
