How do I leave Contabo without losing email?

I have been on Contabo for ten years. Webmail only, no local client configured. Approximately 80,000 messages across multiple folders. I need to migrate to OVHcloud but I actually cannot find an export function in Horde. I see references to RFC 5322 mbox format but the interface offers only individual message downloads. Has anyone successfully extracted a full mailbox from Contabo's webmail implementation? I am concerned about message headers and timestamps being preserved accurately.

IMAP still works. Use thunderbird. Sync all folders. Export mbox. Done.

Works on my end. I exported from Contabo last year, used their "archive account" button in old panel. Maybe you are looking in wrong section. Also check if your browser blocks popups, download needs popup.
