After testing fourteen providers over eight months, I have confirmed that Hostinger permits outbound SMTP on port 25 without requiring support tickets or business verification. Specifics:
Plan tested: Hostinger VPS-1 (1 vCPU, 2GB RAM, 40GB SSD)
Location: their AMS-2 region
First observed working: 2025-06-12
Test method: telnet to multiple MX records, then actual Postfix 3.8 delivery to my own secondary MX
No blocks detected after 72 hours of monitoring
I have now migrated my personal mail server from a residential dynamic IP setup. SPF, DKIM, and DMARC all functional. IP reputation clean as of today.
Recommendation: test with a short-term contract first. Port 25 availability does not guarantee deliverability; monitor blacklists weekly.

Hostinger is still a toy at 1 vCPU but at least they are not infantilizing you with port blocks. I run my mail on bare metal, 32 cores, workstation class, none of this "cloud" nonsense. But for the VPS crowd this is progress I guess.
Tried their AMS-2 just now. Port 25 open, no rate limit I could hit in five minutes. Still a toy but an honest toy.
Nice find, OP. I tested from their FRA-1 region and it works there too, YMMV on other locations though.
IMO the real challenge with mail on VPS isn't the port block, it's IP reputation. Take it with a grain of salt, but I would warm up any new IP for a week before trusting it for anything important. Slow ramp on volume, watch the bounces.
IIS enjoyer here, I run my mail on Windows Server with hMailServer and Active Directory integration for auth lol Tried Hostinger just to see, port 25 works fine from my test box. Their TOS says they monitor for spam and will suspend without warning though, so keep it clean. Active Directory would make their abuse handling more efficient but what do I know
