I am still curious whether the root actually shows HostHatch or if Hetzner never even sent it
11 days is a long time for "pending"
Hetzner nameserver change stuck 5 days, no support
20 days with no update is rough. If the root query tinaworm suggested shows the old NS, Hetzner never submitted it. If it shows HostHatch, then it's a panel bug and you can probably force-refresh or escalate through their abuse channel. Either way would be useful to know what the actual registry state is.

If Hetzner's queue was actually stuck as rudi3 suggested, the root query would have shown old nameservers while their panel lied about "pending registry confirmation"
Curious whether you had to escalate or if it eventually cleared on its own

If the root already had HostHatch then Hetzner was just lying with their panel status and the fix was a support ticket to fix their UI state — https://status.hetzner.com
If the root still showed KnownHost then the change never left Hetzner's queue and you needed to resubmit or escalate
Either way the "registry backlog" excuse falls apart once you check the root directly
34 days is a long time to be stuck on a nameserver change. I was thinking about what tinaworm said — did you try the dig check? If the root already shows HostHatch then Hetzner's panel is just lying to you, which is a different problem than an actual stuck submission. Or if the root still shows KnownHost then something failed upstream and Hetzner never told you. Either way their silence after "not our fault" is pretty telling. Curious what ended up happening.
