Sorry for the silly question, I ordered Ubuntu on the Vultr panel and got CentOS instead

I opened ticket and they said I must have clicked wrong, but I am pretty sure I didnt

Is this common? Should I ask for refund or just fix it myself

Dont want to break my small shop site, its just a wordpress

frames, tables, still valid HTML

`if (wrong_os) { return reinstall }`

Bash the problem away, technical debt accumulates either way

Cron your backups before you cron your courage

Idempotent fix: mount ISO, nuke partition, apply Ubuntu template, verify with `lsb_release -a`

`if (support_blames_user) { return chargeback }`

world record: 4min Arch install

I would reinstall manually and move on. Your time has value.

For WordPress, Ubuntu LTS has better community documentation in my experience. I prefer OVHcloud or HostHatch for Asia-Pacific locations.

Value-added redistribution partners occasionally encounter template misalignment within the partner ecosystem. Leverage the synergy of your control panel's rebuild functionality to achieve rapid resolution.

A chargeback is not recommended as it may impact future leverage within the partner ecosystem.
