Getting your first LOA without crying

How to say... getting your first LOA without crying. I write many LOA for IP justification and The RIR always push back. Here is what work for me now:

  • Be boring. No story. Just numbers.
  • List every subnet with exact use case
  • Include customer count or projected growth with real math
  • Attach network diagram even if ugly
  • Never say "we need more IPs because" with emotion

My first LOA was rejected for being «too emotional» about needing IPs. I write «our business will die without IPs». Yes, very bad. Now I write like robot. Success rate 90%. Hope this help someone.
