Leaseweb Frankfurt datacenter is solid for anycast if you ever need it. I run a /24 there. But yeah for a single website? Complete overkill.

In Poland we have PL-IX and they have standard peering agreement template, one page. Very simple. But for my small network I use email too.
Following this thread. I have ASN from ARIN but never actually peered, just bought transit. Email peering sounds too easy to be true.

It is easy. The hard part is the relationship — do you both benefit, is the traffic roughly balanced, are you at the same exchange. The paperwork is just proof you agreed. For two small networks the agreement is implied by the config.
HostHatch is good for price but their panel is... special. I prefer email for peering because the panel sometimes delete my route lol

In Brazil the peering at PTT is very formal, need document, CNPJ, everything. Email peering would be dream here.

Tanie serwery! HostHatch Stockholm when? They have Stockholm but not Wrocław. I use CloudCone for LA, 2 USD very cheap.
Same here. Email peering with HostHatch working for 6 months no problem.
