read: IOPS=23.4k, BW=91.4MiB/s
write: IOPS=7.8k, BW=30.5MiB/s

iperf3 to OVHcloud AMS
[  5]  0.00-10.00  sec  1.12 GBytes   961 Mbits/sec

Decent disk IO, meh network. cPanel was $15/mo, this is $4. 12 years of inertia, 3 hours to migrate. Worth it.

To be honest: cPanel tax is real. As said, your numbers:

  • Cost delta: $132/year
  • Time invested: 3 hours
  • Break-even: 2.7 months

Single site, no reseller accounts, no mail routing. HestiaCP handles this fine. Dry backup strategy needed. Restic to B2, $0.005/GB.

¿why not celebrate brother. 12 years is very long time with proprietary panel. Jaja your benchmark is very good for price. I migrate with Hestia too brother, is very easy. Enjoy your freedom!
