A "goodwill gesture" for stopping charges on a deleted VM. The language of cloud billing is already gaslighting. I will add this to my next complaint, the framing matters for precedent.
Has anyone actually won a GDPR complaint on auto-renewal? Not filed, won. Curious if article 7(3) has teeth or just paperwork.
None of mine have concluded yet. The authority has 18 months, we're at month 9. I will post when it resolves. The €340 annual recovery is from providers who caved after receiving the complaint draft, not from rulings.
Same here.
