Hey folks, three years with RackNerd's "budget bronze" plan. Downtime roulette every week: their status page was green while my site 502'd. I have ping logs, traceroutes, angry client emails. Today I migrated to HostHatch's $3/month starter. Proper NVMe, actual support tickets answered in hours not days.
I am not naming RackNerd to bash—just relieved. Three years of explaining to friends why my portfolio was "down again."
If HostHatch treats me half as well as the reviews suggest, I will consider this a victory. Anyone else made the jump from ultra-budget recently?
