If you're serious about anycast, Cloudflare is fine for DNS but their anycast for hosting is proxy-only. Real anycast on your own IPs needs Vultr or BuyVM with BGP session. I've done both. BuyVM is cheaper, Vultr is easier.
BuyVM does not have EU anycast nodes. From Brussels I get routed to Luxembourg or France depending on phase of moon. Fine for US audience.
Vultr has Amsterdam and London, ping from Tallinn is 25ms either way. Running WireGuard mesh across three regions, €18/month total. cPanel would cost more than the infrastructure.

Thread drift achievement unlocked. To answer the question I think someone asked: yes I checked, OVHcloud DNS has been 100% since I moved. Not saying it's perfect. Saying it's good enough for my use case and I'm €8/month richer.
