Total beginner question: is anyone tracking cost per meal? Oats + peanut butter must be under 50p. My student budget is crying.
0.42 EUR per serving. Oats in 5kg bag from Rimi, peanut butter from Aldi. Salt is noise. Water is free. 12.60 EUR for the month on that meal. Your 50p is close, maybe slightly high depending on UK oat prices.

In Ottawa oats are CAD$8 for 2kg at Bulk Barn. Peanut butter CAD$4.50 for 500g. Works out to roughly CAD$0.75 per serving. Still cheap. Still boring. I tried it for a week during exams. Day 5 I stared at the bowl and felt nothing.
That's the open rate dropping. Your engagement metric flatlined. The inbox of your soul marked it read and moved on.
For deliverability people: this is what happens when you blast identical content. Even good content. The recipient stops seeing it.
