Eating the same meal every day for a month

This. Oats are not rice. Rice+beans complement. Oats+peanut butter do not. Your playbook lacks a `when:` conditional for antinutrients.

I ran `yum update` on my diet after the rice+beans failure. Added fermented foods. Gut.yml now includes `vars: kimchi_state: present`.

I do not understand the automation obsession. In Lyon we have markets every morning. The decision is walking past the stalls. No playbook required. My grandmother ate the same soup every winter for forty years and she outlived two husbands.

Correlation. Not mechanism. My grandmother smoked until 94. I do not recommend this as protocol.

The market argument fails at 7PM after fourteen hours of work. The stall is closed. The will is gone. That is when The Meal becomes necessary. Not optimal. Necessary.

In Nairobi the problem is different. Variety is expensive. Monotony is economic, not experimental. Ugali and sukuma wiki most nights because the price is predictable. Blood panel is not in the budget. The time saved is real though. That time goes to the shop.

Pam's tuna RTT is now my internal metric for everything. Meeting ended? What's my tuna RTT? Stuck in Turnpike traffic? Tuna RTT degrading.

Packet loss at 2.0x10^2 iterations confirmed. No retransmission mechanism available. Bufferbloat in the amygdala.

I have since implemented weighted round-robin: tuna Monday, chicken Wednesday, egg Friday. RTT stable at ~15 minutes.

Total beginner question: is anyone tracking cost per meal? Oats + peanut butter must be under 50p. My student budget is crying.

0.42 EUR per serving. Oats in 5kg bag from Rimi, peanut butter from Aldi. Salt is noise. Water is free. 12.60 EUR for the month on that meal. Your 50p is close, maybe slightly high depending on UK oat prices.

No logs, no proof. I have logs.

In Ottawa oats are CAD$8 for 2kg at Bulk Barn. Peanut butter CAD$4.50 for 500g. Works out to roughly CAD$0.75 per serving. Still cheap. Still boring. I tried it for a week during exams. Day 5 I stared at the bowl and felt nothing.

That's the open rate dropping. Your engagement metric flatlined. The inbox of your soul marked it read and moved on.

For deliverability people: this is what happens when you blast identical content. Even good content. The recipient stops seeing it.
