Wyoming LLC is $102 filing, $60 annual report. Registered agent runs $50-100/year. So first year $200, then $150 recurring. Dell R630 I just racked draws 110W idle. For that power budget I could run privacy on forty domains. Shell company only makes sense at scale, or if you actually need liability separation for the hardware side.
