OVHcloud Gravelines, 2x E5-2650v4, spec 300W, measured 360W idle. The spec is "typical config" which means one disk and no PCIe. I have 8 disks and 10GbE. Of course it is higher.
I moved these from Frankfurt to Gravelines last year, same machines, same measured draw. The building AC matters more than latitude in my experience. Gravelines runs colder than my old Frankfurt cage.
