So tipo... or? Happened to me last month. Client found Contabo direct pricing, now they want ⬇️ mas I add managed backups + updates. What you guys do? Vs
Do you white-label your host or tell clients who you use?
What does white-label mean? I use GreenCloudVPS for my client sites and I just tell them I handle everything. Should I not say who I use?
Traceroute to client-site.example.com
1 192.168.1.1 0.5ms
2 10.0.0.1 1.2ms
3 greencloudvps.com 12ms
4 greencloudvps.com 14msRoute via GreenCloudVPS adds 12ms vs direct. Your value isn't the pipe, it's the management. I white-label nothing. Tell clients: I choose routes, you get support.

Ako I tell clients diba? Super transparent. Pero I package super mabagal na support ng Leaseweb https://www.leaseweb.com into super fast na response from me. Nag-install ako ng monitoring, auto-backup, security updates. They pay for peace of mind, not the server lang. My markup is 100% but they save time. Worth it naman.
100% markup but they save time lol

I mean if they knew Leaseweb direct is 30 EUR and you're charging 60, some would balk. Others would pay 60 to never think about it. Depends on the client. I had one who wanted to see invoices, learned fast not to take those.
Vs same. Tipo, agora eu only work with clients who understand "hosting included in maintenance retainer." No line item, no comparison shopping.
