I open ticket and they say "the discount is for attract new people". But I am loyal, no? The server red (my favorite) I have with them, never down, I pay always on time. ¿Where is my discount?
I hear in other forum something about "grandfathering" but I don't understand. Is myth this? Someone has the experience? I want to stay with RackNerd but the price full hurts now, since 2 days I see this banner everywhere and I feel tonto for pay more.
