Contabo's new "AI-ready" DC: 120kW per rack but no liquid cooling yet

I am reading the press release from Contabo about their new singapore facility ่ they claim 120kW per rack standard density ้ and they call it "AI-ready" ่

But when I ask the pre-sales they say liquid cooling is "roadmap 2027" ่ so it is air-cooled 120kW rack ้ same same but different

I am trying to understand how this works in practice ่ 120kW air-cooled is going to need some serious airflow ้ maybe 300CFM per kW or more ่ the noise must be incredible ้

Has anyone toured this facility or similar Contabo build ่ I am curious if the 120kW is real or just marketing for the headline ้ because my current colo tops out at 15kW and I already fight with fan noise ่

Also they mention "smart containment" but no details ่ same same but different ้

I toured a similar Contabo build in Frankfurt last quarter. The containment is hot aisle with chimney ducting straight to CRAH units, but they wouldn't let me measure actual dB at full load. Did they give you any target PUE for this site, or just the density number?
