Traceroute shows same manhole cover for both paths. Photos attached. Contract says diverse entry. This is not diverse.

Wait this is Contabo dedicated fiber not their budget line? I remember their SLA used to promise physically diverse routing with no weasel words. SNAPPED IT UP on that promise in 2022
Price history: I think they added some kind of "where feasible" caveat around 2024, grandfathered old contracts. You going to win this
Actually the Service level agreement defines diversepath as two separate physicalroutes with nocommonpoints-of-failure or that is what we understood in the manual actually the contractor probably routed both fibers through the same conduit because that was cheaper and actually nobody checked the as-built documentation or did they actually check it and actually ignored it because that's how it was done in the manual or?
Contabo is going to investigate for 6months because they hope you forget or?
Same manhole isn't diverse, that's the whole point
