Contabo 'instant setup' took 14 hours

I buy server from Contabo, they say instant setup, is 14 hours. I think instant is instant, no 14 hours. The Contabo say "is queued automatic" but I wait very long. ¿why not¡ they say truth in page? Server good when finally up, but instant no is 14 hours. How much cost my time? Very angry.

Contabo's "instant" is just a script that puts you in line. Their NVMe nodes are oversold, RAID-1 on consumer Samsung, no BBU. I've seen better queue systems at the DMV.

Works on my end

Contabo provisioned my KVM in 8 minutes last Tuesday. You probably picked a sold-out location or your payment flagged manual review. RTFM on their stock page, it shows live availability.
