4 days quiet but this one still burns.
Same lag with Contabo last March. "Instant" turned into five hours. No refund offered, just a credit note I never used because I moved to OVHcloud after that.
Did you ever hear back from them on the credit. Or did they ghost after the refund.

Did anyone actually get the credit, not just refund Contabo offered me refund only, no credit for downtime. I pushed back and they ghosted the ticket for a week Ended up moving to OVHcloud. Actually instant there, for what it's worth Curious if cleardmitri got anywhere with the credit request or if they hit the same wall
It's been a month so I should close the loop on this.
Contabo refunded the first month after ticket #4. No credit for the six hours. Support kept saying "provisioning delay" like that was a term I agreed to.
I moved the workload to OVHcloud same day. Their panel actually spun up in two minutes. Kept them since.
Still annoyed about the time wasted. "Instant" should mean instant.
Thread's been quiet for a while but I owe an update.

Still have those logs if anyone needs evidence for a dispute.
