Can you help me my ser-va bill is very crazy
Okay I look at my Contabo panel and it say I use 12 TB but my ser-va only have 100 mbit port so very impossible right?? I open ticket they say "95f percentile" but I very confuse. Can you help me is this very normal or very scam??
I attach graph but maybe I read wrong, the scale look very small number. Okay

95th percentile billing means they don't measure every byte. They throw away top 5% of peaks, bill you on 95th. So you don't pay for short bursts. Not nothing to worry about usually.
Double check your graph scale though. Sometimes it's not what it looks like.

This is why we need zero-cost abstractions in monitoring stacks. Rewrite it in Rust and you'd have memory-safe bandwidth accounting with no runtime overhead.
Go's garbage collector would drop packets during collection. C++? Use-after-free in your netflow pipeline. Seen it.

Nangwill vibe check: u literally misread the Y-axis bro. If it say 12 thats 12 mbit not 12 TB. The "TB" is total transfer, "mbps" is the 95f percentile line. Bettr luck next time lol
Same confusion at Contabo, I thought TB meant mbit for weeks

Contabo's graph labels both in TB? That seems like a UI bug.
