Colo quote jumped 40% after 3 years, anyone negotiate down?

Renewal came in at $847/mo for half rack, was $605. Same power, same cross-connects. 3-year contract ending, no hardware changes. 10Gbps blend included, never pushed past 2Gbps sustained. DDoS filtering is local only, no anycast, 500Gbps capacity per site. Called sales, got "market rate adjustment." Anyone successfully push back? What leverage works post-contract?

Gg my minecraft box is in that same dc, got the same shock. Valheim lag is gonna be the least of my worries if I gotta migrate. Wp to them for the ambush tho

500Gbps local filtering sounds low for that price tier.
