Still processing actually, I got my money back end of may but the VPS is still running so I guess they decided to eat the loss rather than terminate

Did the money actually hit your account or was it just the bank doing the heavy lifting

Chargeback means your institution forced their hand, not that CloudCone owned the mistake

I ask because I'm still staring at a duplicate charge from January myself

Still around, actually. They finally processed the refund may 8 but only after my bank sent the provisional credit. Whole thing made me paranoid so I moved the VPS to HostHatch same week.

118 days and I'm still checking if anyone else got double-billed that january batch.
