My association needs clean accounting. PayPal reports are a nightmare. We need:
- SEPA direct debit or transfer
- Invoice with French VAT
- Under 30€/month for dual-stack hosting
Legacy IP only is acceptable as compromise if IPv6 is on roadmap. I will not NAT. I need my own address space for the website.
