Can we talk about 'premium' renewal pricing on normal domains?

I am tired of the «premium» renewal game.

I registered my.shop with RackNerd last year for $3. The promotional price, you understand. Now the renewal comes and it is €80! I did not see this in the terms, or perhaps I did not read with enough care. The proper noun RackNerd says it is «market rates» but I do not believe.

I have moved the domain to GreenCloudVPS now. Yes, I pay more upfront but the renewal is stable. I think this is better.

Which TLDs have honest pricing? Which registries play fair? I want to make a List for everyone.
