Here it is,,,,, I bought the Hostinger "premium support" bundle with my dedi last month,,,,, Free tier says 4 hour response,,,,, Premium says 1 hour with "priority routing",,,,, I am simple man I time things,,,,, I open ticket as free user from second account,,,,, Same question about ipv6 reverse dns,,,,, Free account answered in 47 minutes,,,,, Premium account answered in 3 hours 12 minutes,,,,, I run test three more times,,,,, Premium slower every time,,,,, The scrap gods see all,,,,, ~~dave

Classic.

I saw this at my old job. Premium support meant routing to the one guy who actually read tickets instead of the three new hires pasting from a wiki. One guy gets overwhelmed. Three newbies clear queue with wrong answers fast. "Different metrics" indeed.
