Back in 2009 we ran sysbench on a Pentium 4 and called it a day. They don't make them like that anymore.
I spent three weekends on this. Contabo, OVHcloud, Vultr, Hetzner, InterServer, Hostinger. Same $6 tier. YABS, fio, iperf3, compile kernel, plus my own old-school bonnie++ because nostalgia matters.
